Chef Joho’s Tour of Southwestern Michigan, Part 2

Chef Joho spends much of his summer in southwestern Michigan, where the latitude, about 44 degrees, is similar to Alsace in France where he was brought up and learned to cook. It is a beautiful area about two hours from Chicago and filled with farms, vineyards, distilleries, bake shops, antique fairs and unique art galleries. This summer, allow him to give you a tour of some of his favorite places to visit.
