Everest Alsace Summer Vacherin

Not to be confused with vacherin cheese, this dessert at Everest is Chef Joho’s interpretation of the traditional specialty from Alsace. Two glace—strawberry and Madagascar vanilla—is covered in Chantilly cream and finished with crispy meringue sticks and strawberry coulis. Enjoy this video taken in the kitchen of Everest.
