As part of our ongoing effort to slow the community transmission of COVID-19, LEYE will temporarily close all of its locations for dine-in guests in Illinois, California, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada and Washington D.C. effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020, until we are permitted to re-open by the applicable government authority. We are now open for delivery, carry-out and curbside pick-up.
To help offset restrictions on our business resulting from the COVID-19 crisis, a 4% surcharge has been added to all guest checks. If you would like this removed, please let us know.

How To:  The Everest Signature Cocktail

Wondering what would be the perfect drink for a pre-dinner cocktail reception?  Greet your guests with the Everest Signature Cocktail, recipe below.

1 oz. of St George Botanivore Gin
1 oz of st George Pear Brandy
1/2 oz of Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz of freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of Chamomile Syrup
Combine Ingredients, Shake over Ice, Strain into a Coupe Glass
