Tasting – Christmas in Alsace Menu
Christmas in Alsace
December 4th – December 28th
Excluding December 24th & December 25th
Christmas is a very special time of year in Chef Joho’s native Alsace. The small villages celebrate the season with traditions representing their ancestors. Markets fill the town squares, where craftsmen and artists sell authentic wares; delicate Christmas decorations, small gifts and hand-carved holiday trinkets. Here, it is tradition to sip mulled wine and stroll through the markets, illuminated with twinkling lights and lively musicians.
Traditional Alsatian delicacies are also bountiful at the Christmas markets. From Foie Gras, to Roasted Chestnuts to Alsace’s most famous cake – Kugelhopf, the festive flavors are sure to delight adults and children alike.
Chef Joho brings his memories and traditions to Everest, with a Christmas In Alsace menu. We hope you make this a tradition of yours, for years to come.
